Projects
H. Williamson & Sons Ltd has supplied and installed full electronics packages for a number of new build fishing vessels over many years. This has involved extensive consultation with the vessel owners to establish their requirements, advising owners on the most suitable equipment, and from there, developing a fully integrated wheelhouse package as per the owners' specification.
Listed below are a number of the most recent projects that we have been involved in, including some land based projects.

Halcyon LK467
Supply of equipment, installation and commissioning at Cygnus Workboats, Edinburgh in 2012 on behalf of owners Richard Gray and Ian Nicholson.

LPA CCTV system
Upgrade in 2011 of existing cameras and installation of cameras at new locations including microwave radio antennas. Extensive consultation was conducted with client to determine their exact requirements and required coverage of areas by CCTV.

Streamline CCTV installation
H. Williamson & Sons Ltd supplied and installed CCTV equipment at Streamline's Lerwick depot in 2011 to enhance security at the premises. Installation included three fixed cameras and one fully controllable camera fed over wireless link.

Opportune LK209
This work involved the installation of new equipment after first removing the existing equipment, which was inoperable after a fire onboard the vessel. The refurbishment of the wheelhouse and accommodation was completed at Parkol Marine Engineering in Whitby in 2011.

Launched in August 2009 for the Serene Fishing Company Ltd. Built at Westcon, Norway. After a series of consultations with the owners as to their requirements, we supplied the equipment, produced detailed installation drawings, installed the equipment onsite in Norway and undertook full commissioning and sea trials.

Launched in August 2008. Built by Parkol Marine, Whitby for Ronnie Norquay and Partners. We were involved in the initial specification of electronic wheelhouse equipment, the supply of the equipment, installation and full commissioning.

Built in 2008 by Eidsvik Skipsbyggeri AS for Ian Buchan and Partners. We collaborated with Furuno UK to supply and install a complete electronics package.

Launched in November 2007. Built by Parkol Marine, Whitby for Victor Laurenson and Partners. We were involved in the initial specification of electronic wheelhouse equipment, the supply of the equipment, installation and full commissioning.
