H. Williamson & Sons Ltd is a marine electronic company based in Scalloway in the Shetland Islands, with more than sixty years experience in the supply, installation and maintenance of all types of marine electronic equipment. The Company employs six full time qualified electronic engineers who are available 24 hours per day to meet the needs of the fishing and other marine industries.
The Company has supplied and installed full electronics packages for a number of new build whitefish and pelagic trawlers over recent years, the most recent of which are detailed in the Projects Section. This has involved extensive consultation with the vessel owners to establish their requirements, advising owners on the most suitable equipment and, from there, developing a fully integrated wheelhouse package as per the owners' specification.

As well as marine related activities we are involved in a number of other activities including electronic weighing systems for fish processing businesses, onshore radar maintenance for Lerwick Port Authority and maintaining Vodafone infrastructure locally.
We also supply, install and maintain equipment for smaller vessels including leisure craft. The Leisure Products section of the site lists some of the many products that we sell.
